Amanda DeBlauw has partnered with Forrest Parker to form Parker, DeBlauw & Associates, LLC. The new venture has been formed to further expand the market in which DeBlauw Purchasing now operates. Forrest will be based out of Cherokee, NC, and will focus on client relations and sales. Amanda will continue to focus on design, purchasing, and project management.
The partnership is based upon proven work ethic, determination and dedication. Both Forrest and Amanda strive to be standouts in the industry and believe that any relationship begins with trust and a solid foundation. Amanda has built an unmatched reputation in the purchasing business, while Forrest has many local relationships that are based upon strong work ethic, credibility, and his desire to perform at the highest level.

Amanda brings over a decade of purchasing experience in both the full and focused service hotels. She has served as a purchasing agent for Ocean Properties, project manager for Carver and Associates and does contract work for many large companies. Amanda started DeBlauw Purchasing in 2005. She attended the University of NH and later received a degree in Business Management from Hesser College. An avid marathon runner, Amanda brings her competitive spirit to each project and always strives to exceed the client’s expectations. Amanda’s service first approach has made her a standout in the industry.
Forrest Parker, Partner; Parker, DeBlauw & Associates, LLC, Cherokee Division
Forrest has partnered with Amanda DeBlauw to form Parker, DeBlauw & Associates, LLC. Forrest will operate in NC focusing on sales and client relations in the Cherokee division. Forrest is an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, and is a product of believing in hard work and determination. He became an entreprenuer out of high school, and worked his way through college. After graduating from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science, he continued as a successful business owner. Forrest brings over $250 million worth of commercial and Governmental project management experience to the Company. His communication skills, work ethic, and outgoing personality make him a valuable partner in the new venture.
